The hotel had fantastic views and very comfy beds in spacious and comfortable rooms. The furniture and bedding were very clean but showed some signs of age. While the bed was very good, the amenities were lacking with moldy and cracked bathroom tiles and rough toilet paper. Despite some shortcomings, the spacious rooms were well-appointed and provided comfortable beds.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms had fantastic views and a very comfy bed, offering lovely vistas of the mountains and harbour. The service was top-notch with staff picking up our luggage directly from the room and being friendly and helpful throughout. The location was excellent, especially for boarding our cruise ship, and the overall experience was truly delightful. However, the dining experience was a bit expensive and not the best value for money, but the facilities were great.
